Our online class is on weekends for the convenience of our participants.
The 12-hour IDRC class is broken into two consecutive days & we offer a warm environment to learn. The purpose of the class is to provide information on DUI laws regarding substance use while operating a vehicle, psychoeducation, the impact of substance use on physical and mental health & healthy alternatives. The class offers a subtitle & CC feature to translate or transcribe in 80+ languages.
Each individual is provided a substance use screening, which is required per NJAC 10:162. The screening is conducted by a trained counselor in a professional setting. Information reported in the screening is confidential. The Gloucester County IDRC operates in a nonjudgmental capacity and is here to help!
The Gloucester County IDRC is operated by Advanced Counseling Services. The IDRC staff has vast experience with both IDRC and counseling services. The director, Amber Monserrate, began working for IDRC in 2011. Advanced Counseling Services is operated separately from the IDRC program providing psychotherapy.
